The tip of the capsule should be twisted and removed. If the capsule is difficult to open then cut off its tip. Then squeeze the contents of the capsule on a teaspoon or add to a small amount of food: milk, breastfeeding, ham or soup. It is recommended to add Omegamed® Baby+D to food to neutralize the characteristic smell and taste of the DHA oil.
