Intended use
- Dry nose syndrome. Prenalen® Katar moisturises and cleanses the nose. Nasal congestion associated with upper respiratory infections and allergies.
- Prenalen® Katar thins mucus and facilitates its evacuation, soothes irritated nasal mucosa and eases nasal breathing.
Prenalen® Katar is a medical product that consists of an isotonic solution of seawater, enriched with hyaluronic acid, D-panthenol and essential oils, intended for the treatment of dry nose and nasal congestion.
Prenalen® Katar is specifically designed for pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers. It can be used by children aged 3 and older. It thins mucus, alleviates irritation and facilitates breathing.
Ingredients
Isotonic solution of carnalite salt from the Dead Sea (equivalent to 0.9% NaCl), glycerol, propylene glycol, D-Panthenol, sodium hyaluronate, benzalkonium chloride, disodium edetate, eucalyptus oil, peppermint oil.

Power of the ingredients
Isotonic seawater solution – cleanses and nurtures the nasal mucosa, ensuring its proper hydration.
Hyaluronic acid – has adhesive properties, adhering to mucous membranes and binding water within the epithelial cells. This helps to keep the nasal mucosa hydrated, which is particularly important during the heating season and in air-conditioned rooms where the air is dry and ventilation is limited.
D-Panthenol – has a nourishing effect on the skin, soothes irritation associated with inflammation and swelling in the nasal passages, regenerates the mucous membrane and maintains its proper physiological condition.
Peppermint oil – has a soothing effect.
Eucalyptus oil – has a soothing effect. It also exhibits bactericidal properties.
Directions for use
For children from 3 years of age: one dose, up to three times a day.
For adults, pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers: one to three doses, as needed, up to 5 times a day.
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product’s ingredients.
Do not use in combination with other nasal sprays.
After nasal surgery, use the product only after consulting with a doctor.
