Why do we need iron?
Iron is a micronutrient needed for the normal development and functioning of the body. It plays a role in the process of cell division. It helps with the normal production of red blood cells and haemoglobin and oxygen transport in the body. Iron contributes to the normal development of cognitive function in children. Helps the immune system to function properly. Contributes to maintaining normal energy metabolism and reducing feelings of fatigue and tiredness.
In addition, Actiferol Fe® START contains: vitamins B6 and B12, which support the normal production of red blood cells.
Vitamin C, which contributes to the absorption of iron, which helps in the normal production of red blood cells and haemoglobin.
Complex folates (folic acid and active folate), which help in the normal production of blood and are involved in cell division. Active folate is highly bioavailable and ready for use by the body. Active folate protects people who have problems absorbing folate from ordinary folic acid. This problem can affect up to 50% of Polish women.
Action
The dietary supplement Actiferol Fe® contains a unique form of iron subjected to micronisation and microencapsulation. Thanks to micronisation, i.e. high fragmentation, the bioavailability of iron from iron pyrophosphate (IlI) is twice as high, as confirmed by scientific studies1.
Microencapsulation, a process of coating iron molecules, causes the substance to be released in the intestines rather than the stomach, so there is no gastrointestinal discomfort2.
Composition
Maltodextrin; iron [maltodextrin, iron (IlI) diphosphate (iron (IlI) pyrophosphate), emulsifier: lecithins]; sodium L-ascorbate; pyridoxine hydrochloride; pteroylmonoglutamic acid; cyanocobalamin; glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid; anti-caking agent: calcium phosphates.

Directions for use
It is recommended to consume 1 sachet per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving of the product.
The contents of the sachet should be dissolved in a small amount of warm liquid (approx. ¼ glass of water or milk) or added to food (a tablespoon of porridge or soup). Consume immediately after preparation.
